Areas of Focus & Specializations
At Den Psychology, we know that no two people (or families) are the same, and therapy shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. We offer thoughtful, evidence-based support for life’s messier moments, the quiet struggles, and the big transitions that knock you off balance.
Whether you’re looking for personal growth, help navigating family dynamics, or support through a specific challenge, our approach is grounded, compassionate, and real. Take a look below to find the kind of support that feels right for you.
-
We offer one-on-one therapy to work through concerns such as life transitions, grief/loss, trauma which includes recent or past experiences, anxiety/stress, depression, difficulty managing emotions and/or personality disorders.
-
We specialize in working with children or youth aged 10+ on self-esteem issues, anxiety, behavioural concerns, emotional dysregulation, anger/aggression, substance or technology use/misuse, family changes, as well as trauma and attachment issues.
-
In addition to youth counselling, we love to support parents that may be navigating challenges with their children. We offer parent coaching sessions to address family conflict, communication issues, children struggling with mood disorders, displaying concerning behaviours or aggression and parent strategies for children that may have experienced trauma.
